利马格兰中国介绍
利马格兰集团是由法国农民（农场主）于 1942年创建的，并一直为他们所有。目前利马格兰的大田种业位居世界第四，蔬菜种业位居世界第二，两者均在欧洲排名第一。另外在欧洲利马格兰公司还从事谷物加工和食品生产业。

Maize Breeding Technician玉米育种技术员
Location: Changchun/Heilongjiang Breeding Station
工作地点：北京通州育种站(1人)/吉林长春育种站（1人）/河南许昌育种站(1人)
Report to: Maize Breeder
Responsibilities:
1. Assist maize breeder to conduct our company’s maize breeding plan (nursery for creating inbred, production of experimental hybrids, network of trials, winter season work in Hainan). 协助育种专家执行公司玉米育种计划（培育自交系及杂交系、各种自交杂交试验、冬季在海南工作）
2. Under the guide of team leader conduct the breeding program in all aspects in respect with the company's breeding strategy, volume and quality of work and field work like planting,fertilization,irragation,polination, harvest and data record and analysis etc) 在育种家的指导下执行公司的玉米育种计划及田间工作（如播种、施肥、浇灌、授粉、收获、数据记录分析等）。
3. Help with finding suitable trail fields for the company. 协助寻找玉米育种试验用地及租地合同的签订。
4. Guide & manage seasonal field workers.指导、管理田间工人。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above majored in agriculture, agronomy, maize breeding etc; 农学、植物遗传育种等专业本科以上学历。
2. With at least 1 years experiences in maize breeding or/and field working. 应具有1年以上玉米育种及/或田间工作经验为佳。
3. At least with basic communication skills in written and oral English.基本的英文沟通能力。
5. Literate at computer Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.良好的计算机应用能力。
6. Honest, reliable, willing to dedicate to maize breeding and a hard field worker. 诚实可信，有志于玉米育种事业，乐于田间工作。
7. Willing to travel occasionally and must be able to work in Hainan province during winter.可以出差，愿意冬季（3个月）在海南工作。
8. Have driving license is a plus. 具有驾驶证优先。

Machinery
Operation Technician农机操作技术员
工作职责：Job responsibility:
1. 负责玉米育种站农机的操作、日常维护等；Be responsible for the operation, daily maintenance of Agriculture Machine (planter & tractor etc) in Maize breeding station.
2. 在不需要农机作业的季节作为育种技术员从事玉米育种的大田及相关工作。
Work as maize breeding technician during the seasons that do not need Agriculture Machine in the field.
任职要求：Requirement:
1.农学等相关专业本科以上学历；
Bachelor’s degree majored in agronomy,agriculture etc.
2. 有1-2年农业机械操作、大田农业生产经验；
Candidates with more than 1-2 years agriculture mechine operation, maize breeding experiences are prefered;
3. 可以熟练操作大田农业机械，有基本的农机维护知识和技能;
Skills in agriculture machine operation and have the basic knowledge and skills of agriculture machine maintenance and refit;
4.具备一定的英语书面及口语沟通能力，热爱农业事业。
Good oral and written english and dedicated in agriculture industry.

蔬菜育种/种植技术实习生或技术员
招聘人数：5 人
招聘要求：
1. 园艺、蔬菜专业大学在校学生，并可实习半年以上；
2. 热爱园艺、蔬菜育种、蔬菜栽培，具备一定的科研素养；
3. 将根据候选人兴趣特点分别在蔬菜育种、育苗、栽培等方向上进行培训；
4. 公司将根据实习生表现，在实习生毕业后转为技术员。
实习期间提供食宿、实习费，转为技术员后与第三方人力资源服务公司签订劳动合同。
